ENCASH, the Philippines' first Independent ATM Deployer (IAD), is an affiliate of InterActive Holdings, and a spin-off company of NSys Philippines, the leading supplier of NCR Automated Teller Machines in the country. The ENCASH Business Model is premised on the felt need for ATMs dispensing cash at select, normally deemed less than attractive locations. It aims to meet the considerable demand for cash withdrawals in such sites, for a minimal convenience fee charged to the cardholder. ENCASH may install ATMs in preferred locations of banks wishing to provide ATM services to any and all ATM cardholders.
ENCASH, in cooperation with PLDT shops.work unplugged (SWUP), Microsoft, and NCR Philippines, has introduced the country's first GPRS Edge Wireless Automated Teller Machine. ENCASH ATMs, including those stationed at the Tiaong Rural Bank in Quezon, and at the Rural Bank of Puerto Galera and previously at the Atlantis Dive Resort and Hotel in Puerto Galera, were among the first ATMs in the Philippines running "live" on the PLDT SWUP service.
