ENCASH sponsors RBAP National Convention

ENCASH, together with the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT), Smart Telecommunications, and NCR Philippines, participated as a major sponsor at The Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines’ (RBAP) National Management Conference and Convention held last November 28-29 at the Century Park Hotel.  With the support of Export and Industry Bank, and powered by the PLDT Shops.Work Unplugged (SWUP) technology, ENCASH successfully demonstrated a live transaction through its wireless ATM.  The deployment flexibility of a SWUP-enabled ATM were aptly demonstrated when the unit was readily transferred from its previous location at the exhibit area of the day before, to the Plenary Hall the next day where the main conference was held.  The ENCASH ATM smoothly supported withdrawals in both places during those different days.  ENCASH, the Philippines’ first Independent ATM Deployer, expresses its confidence in effectively continuing and enhancing the unsurpassed service it has extended to the rural banks.  Photo shows Eric Severino, ENCASH President (right), presenting, while  Don Martin Glorioso of Rural Bank of Pagbilao (left) makes an actual cash withdrawal through the ENCASH wireless ATM.  PLDT was represented by Nico Alcoseda, Product Development Manager (center).
